Q1. How can I attend ACEER 2023?
A1: You could attend ACEER 2023 in the following forms:
- Submit an abstract or a paper via the paper submission system, after confirmation, related registration instructions would be sent to you to guide the registration process;
- Without paper or abstract submission, you could write an e-mail to us via aceer@academicconf.com and confirm about the participation information, after confirmation, related registration instructions would be sent to you to guide the registration process;
Q2. Can I register for only one part of the conference session?
A2: Unfortunately, no, registration for full conference is required if you want to attend the conference.
Q3. What is the refund policy for conference registration cancellations?
A3: Requests for refund or cancellation must be received in writing via email and are subject to the cancellation policy in registration section.
Q4: What if I'd like to bring a guest?
A4: Surely, a guest is warmly welcome to participate in ACEER 2023. For details, please refer to the Registration Section.
Q5: I have special dietary needs; how can I request special meals?
A5: Normally, the meals provided by the conference are Buffet dinner and lunch. You could choose the dishes you like.
Q6: I need a Visa to travel. How do I obtain a letter of invitation?
A6: Please complete your conference registration and payment. After doing so, you could consult via
aceer@academicconf.com to get the invitation letter. Please note: prior to receiving a letter of invitation you will need to complete and pay for your conference registration. As visa requests can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than 2 months prior to the conference.
